Reservations are accepted only
- If approved by head of reservations department
- with your signature on the contract form
- upon payment of 30% of the total amount of rental or 1200 FF for a site to be deducted from total invoice amount plus 170 FF reservation charge. This later amount will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation.

An acknowledgement of reservation will then be sent to you and should be presented to Reception on arrival.
Balance and tourist tax to be paid upon arrival, and the amount due is calculated taking into account the reservation dates stated on the contract. No reduction will be given for departure in advance or late arrival even if warned in advance.
Rentals from Saturday to Saturday or sunday to sunday (except out of season).
Rental deposit : 2.000 FF in case of deterioration. Returned if accommodation check satisfactory.
Final cleaning of rented accommodation obligatory.
Departures : from 8 am to 11 am latest, except for departures the day before between 3 pm and 6 pm if staff available).
Sorties : de 8h à 11 h maximum, sauf en cas de départ la veille (de 15h à 18h en fonction des disponibilité du personnel). Before departure, appointment must be made at reception for inspection of accommodation.
Any delay in arrival must be confirmed IN WRITING. If we do not receive warning the pitch will be available for another customer the following day at midday.
To prolong your stay beyond the agreed departure date, agreement must be obtained from the direction at reception. At least 3 days before the departure date.
Payment must be received by reservations 8 days from receipt of the contract. If no payment is received within this period, the contract will automatically be cancelled without further warning.
Reservations may not be made for a PRECISE place number.

Reimbursement conditions (except reservation fee) : only in case of hospitalisation or decease of a close member of family (father, mother, child) on presentation of certificate. You should take out personal insurance before leaving for the duration of your stay.

For your safety it is compulsory to wear campsite wristbands at the swimming pool and generally inside the campsite.
